Psalm 73: The Fate of the Wicked. Starts, "Truly God is good to Israel." Psalm 73 is the opening psalm of Book 3 of the Book of Psalms. It is sometimes categorized as one of the Wisdom Psalms but the author is a whiny little bitch so we can understand the hesitancy to do so.

Psalm 74: An Appeal to God against the Enemy. Starts, "O God, why hast thou cast us off forever?" This psalm is a pretty dark contemplation. The unnamed enemy is likely either King Nebuchadnezzar or Antiochus Epiphanes, a character we just read about in yesterday's Sacrilegious Book Club episode.

Psalm 75: God Abases the Wicked and Exalts the Righteous. Starts, "Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks." This super short psalm begins with the words "Do not destroy" and goes into some gritty pagan imagery involving pillars; a cuppa foaming wine mixed with spices; the dregs of that aforementioned libation; and lots of horns. SO MANY HORNS.
