This kid that hasn't ever been mentioned in 30+ chapters spends an entire episode arguing that he has the right to speak.
First, it's none of this boozer's business. He's uninvited. Nobody even asked his opinion.
Second, nobody said he couldn't speak. This whole chapter is the underaged boozer's argument that he should be allowed to have his say. He's literally creating a fight where none exists.
Color us unimpressed. Based on this introduction, we do not anticipate a strong follow-up.
